Shipping & Returns

Within the U.A.E.

We deliver within the entire UAE. However, there are some areas that are considered unreachable by our courier partner.

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number together with the tracking page. If you want to track you order now, please go to this link.

  • In case you are unreachable, the courier will keep your order for 7 days. If you still do not respond, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.

  • We will then refund the cost of the item(s) excluding shipping costs.

  • will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

  • Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

International orders

We deliver internationally. However, there are some areas that are considered unreachable by our courier partner. For international shipments please refer to our Shipping information page (link).

Returns & Exchange 

  • We will accept items for return and exchange or refund within 14 days. Kindly contact customer care

  • Return/exchange shipments are to be arranged and paid by the customers. All items for return are the responsibility of the customer until it reached our warehouse. We advise customers to get a reputable courier.

  • All items can be returned/exchanged except: swim wear, accessories, cosmetics, items that were sealed packed that’s been opened.

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and with tags or authenticity cards.

  • Customers are requested to forward to us the tracking code for the returned items. We will confirm via email once we received the shipment.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item(s), please write us an email to quoting your name, address, order number and whether you require a refund or replacement and we will advise you how to proceed.
