How do I pay for my orders?
A FRIEND OF MINE accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
What currency will I be charged?
The website will automatically detect your location and you will be able to view the products in your currency. You can also choose the currency you want from the top right side.
How can I track my order(s)?
- We will forward you the tracking number and Aramex’s tracking webpage via email. If you want to track you order please click the link below https://www.aramex.com/express/track.aspx /
- In case you were unreachable, the courier will keep your order for 7 days, if you still do not respond, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.
- We will then refund the cost of the item(s) excluding shipping costs.
How can I cancel my order(s)?
Cancellation of orders can only be done before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You will have to receive the item and then follow the return & exchange policy.
When will I receive my orders and how much will the delivery cost?
- We process orders and shipments from Sunday to Thursday except for UAE Official Holidays.
- Standard delivery within the UAE will be within 3-5 business days. Starting from 20dhs for the 5kg of shipment.
- We also offer free standard delivery with a minimum purchase of 2000 AED.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You don’t need an account to shop at A FRIEND OF MINE. But don’t miss out on the great benefits of having an account:

Is my personal information kept private?
Yes, don’t worry, no one will know your details besides A FRIEND OF MINE and we will only share the info relevant to our courier for delivery purposes.

If the item(s) I like is/are out of stock, will you re-stock your inventory?
It depends on demand. If we feel this products is on high demand and the supplier has available stock then we will be able to restock. You can choose to be notified via email once the item is back in stock by clicking on “Add to wishlist” on the item(s) page.
